Duties:
- Supporting work for electricians, such as drilling and cutting out.
- Handling general maintenance tasks including fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs.
- Basic servicing, such as changing filters.
- Some general building site labouring work.
- Basic groundworks with instruction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Experience of basic carpentry an advantage.
- Health, Safety and Environment aware and compliant.
- Driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
