As a Quality Engineer, you will be working in conjunction with Project Engineers and Section Leaders, reporting directly to the Quality Management and ultimately to the Company Directors. You should have a good working experience of Quality Management processes (Preferably AS9100, & AS13100), especially in the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Planning and Risk Management techniques.

Quality Engineer will be involved with:
- This will be a customer-facing role, you will be the key customer interface with multiple Aerospace customer accounts related to quality issues
- Addressing internal & external process & product non-conformance issues
- Performing root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis
- Understanding of AS13100 and its implementation throughout the company
- Process capability techniques including SPC, MSA & control plan
- Support internal & external audits, and closure of non-conformance reports
- Support Project Engineers and section leaders in performing RCCA analysis, address product quality issues and improving departmental KPIs
- Writing and Implementing Quality Plans for Production Readiness
- Supporting NPI, FAIR activities
- Reviewing customer specifications and ensuring internal processes & procedures compliance
- Health, Safety and Environment compliance.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good analytical ability and interpersonal skills
- 7-10 years of experience in the aviation sector
- Experience of working to AS9100 & AS13100
- Experience of working in a New Product Introduction environment
- Working knowledge and experience of APQP, PPAP and FMEA
- Experience and working knowledge of Problem-Solving techniques
- Experience of working with one or more Aerospace OEM requirements
- Good fluency in English language
