Requirements:
- Experience in assembly and fabrication preferred.
- Experience in tack welding is a plus.
- An excellent eye for detail, to meet Quality performance expectations.
- Able to work in an organised and methodical manner.
- Able to adhere to job instruction sheets.
- Capable of working as part of a team but also independently.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to reliably commute to and from work (Loughborough, LE11 1EH, excellent transport links within walking distance).
- Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.
The role:
- Assembly and manual fabrication (Ring and segment type of parts).
- Visually inspecting parts.
- Occasional blasting and/or deburring.
- Keep within both company, and industry standards.
- Reading Engineering drawings.
- Achieving production targets.
- Health, safety and environment compliance.
