Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a CNC setter/operator/programmer.
- Programming in ISO/ Fanuc/Mazatrol
- Previous experience on multi-axis machining centres.
- Mill/Turn capability is an advantage.
- Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.
- Capable of reading technical drawings.
- Experienced at working to close tolerances.
- Health, safety and environment compliance.
The role:
- Setting, operating and programming multi-axis machining centres.
- Highly complex multi-tool setups.
- Accurately setting jigs, fixtures and tools.
- Running First Off components.
- Manual checks of components using standard measuring equipment.
- Compliance with all technical documentation.
